The support service is accessible by telephone or via Internet, from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday on working days, with the standard contract, and 24/7 with the Gold contract. You can access the FAQs on the use of the software in the Visual IT Operations Software Suite at any time and download patches free of charge.
French-speaking and English-speaking professionals from Absyss' technical support team promise to deal with your queries in real time or within 2 hours during working hours, depending on its complexity, and to provide you with a workaround patch, if required within 4 working hours.
To guarantee high quality call processing and monitoring, Absyss sends you an e-mail once a month summarising the open calls, stating their level of priority, the answers to questions asked and the patch or upgrade required.
CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE: DEALING EFFICIENTLY WITH ANOMALIES
If problems detected by the support service relate to programming anomalies, the anomalies are dealt with by corrective maintenance. In the event of blocking anomalies Absyss undertakes to provide a corrective patch within 48 hours of the client's call.
This corrective maintenance is guaranteed for 3 years for each version of the software packages supplied. The patches are delivered both in English and in French.

In the context of its rigorous scalable maintenance, Absyss undertakes to offer one major version per year to its clients, including new functionalities. These functionalities are defined by the Absyss' Research and Development centre and by the users' club, which meets three times a year. The upward compatibility of the versions and their technical compatibility with the client's environment (on condition that this is technically possible) are guaranteed.
Absyss also undertakes to adapt Visual IT Operations Software Suite, within a maximum period of 3 months, to new versions of the operating systems used by its clients, from the date of general distribution of the version and on condition that this is technically possible.
